Restricted IDA Parameters

One mitigation strategy for non-independent disk failures occurring within a single node is to ensure that systems are not configured such that they cannot tolerate the complete destruction or outage of any single node. For example, for systems of 3 Slicestors, select the IDA configuration such that reads and writes can occur with any two surviving nodes. This property may be relaxed for mirrored configurations, for example, mirrored systems of 3 Slicestors where neither side can tolerate a Slicestor outage, with survivability provided by the other side of the mirror. All Vault Profiles are selected to ensure the tolerance of any complete Slicestor destruction.
