Regenerating an SSH key

Procedure

  1. On the Settings tab, navigate to Operations > Backup Configuration
  2. Enter a Backup Encryption Password and confirm it.
    Note: A backup encryption password is required to use the backup feature.
  3. In the Backup Destination section, temporarily change Remote Server > Protocol from SFTP to FTP.
  4. Click Update.
    The Backup Configuration page displays with the SSH key pair and SSH known hosts values cleared.
  5. Click Backup Configuration.
  6. In the Backup Destination section, change the Remove Server > Protocol from FTP to SFTP.
  7. Click Update.
    The Manager generates a new SSH key pair.
