Starting storage pool reallocation

About this task

This page is only accessible when you have a storage pool with sets pending addition or removal.

Procedure

  1. In the Configure tab, click Storage Pools in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click the Storage Pool that you want to change.
  3. In the Slicestor Devices section click Start Reallocation. A confirmation page appears.
  4. Review the proposed set changes. If they are correct, click Start Reallocation to begin data reallocation.
  5. Monitor the progress of the reallocation and ensure it continues to completion.
  6. Change the Storage Pool Reallocation Rate.
