Reverting pending storage pool set changes

To revert one or more Storage Pool sets that are "pending addition" or "pending removal," follow these instructions.

Before starting data reallocation, pending storage pool sets can be reverted if they are misconfigured.

About this task

Restriction: Revert Set Pending Addition

Procedure

  1. In the Configure tab, click the Storage Pool that you want to change.
  2. In the Slicestor Devices section, click Change Sets and Devices.
  3. Click Configure Set Removal.
  4. Select the Storage Pool sets that are marked "Pending Addition" and click Save.
  5. The selected sets and their devices are no longer part of the storage pool.

  3. Click Configure Set Removal.
  4. Unselect the Storage Pool sets that are marked "Pending Removal" and click Save.
  5. The selected sets and their devices are reverted back to a normal state and are no longer "Pending Removal."
