Incidents
The Manager displays the following incident types at the Accesser device level to indicate problems with a Notification Service configuration.
| Incident | Description |
|---|---|
| Unable to allocate Kafka producer | IP addresses of the given Kafka cluster hostnames cannot be resolved, one or more tuning parameters have invalid values, or there is a TLS self-signed certification setup issue. |
| Send failure percentage too high | The percentage of Kafka sends that are failing exceeds the defined failure limit. |
