Edit Storage Account

This page can be reached by two methods:
  • On the Storage Accounts page, click Create Account. After an account is created you are taken directly to the Edit Storage Account page.
  • On the View Storage Account page, click Edit.

Enable storage account

The storage account can be Enabled or Disabled by clicking the toggle next to the Account ID.

Credentials

A credential may be created by clicking Create Credential.
  • An Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are generated.
    Note: The Secret Access Key is visible upon credential creation but becomes hidden once the window is refreshed.
  • A green check mark icon in the Status column indicates that the credential is enabled.
    Note: A credential defaults to Enabled and can only be Disabled via the Service API.
  • You can delete a credential by clicking the trashcan icon.

Containers

Create a container by doing the following:
  1. Select one of the Container Vaults from the menu.
  2. Enter a Container Name.
    Note: All containers must use the following naming rules:
    • Must be between 3 and 63 characters long.
    • Must only use lower-case alpha-numeric characters, and period and dash symbols.
    • Each label in the name cannot start with periods or dashes.
    • Must not use underscores, consecutive periods, dashes adjacent to periods, or end with a dash.
    • Must not use the IP address format (for example: 192.25.104.67).
  3. Click Create Container.
  4. A new container is created and is shown in the list.

Delete a container by clicking the trashcan icon.

A Container Usage Summary Report for this storage account can be exported as a CSV file:
  1. Click Usage Summary.
  2. Select Current Usage, select a Single Month, or enter a Custom Date Range.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Do either:
    • Open the CSV file with your default .csv application.
    • Save the CSV file to your default download folder.
