Slice counts

A new graph is available for Concentrated Dispersal devices. Whereas before, one could view total number of Slices stored on a device. If that device is part of a Concentrated Dispersal device set, there will now be a toggle option to show total slice counts on a per pillar basis. This can be used to determine if one pillar is adversely impacted by disk failure, or is otherwise out of sync from the other pillars and in need of rebuilding. When looking at the slice count graphs, one should verify that the counts are in accordance with each other. In a fully healthy system, the total number of slices in each pillar should be identical.
