Disk events
When disks fail in a Concentrated Dispersal system, it is especially critical that they be replaced as soon as possible. This is because IDA Configurations of the Vault Profiles are designed to be able to tolerate one node outage and one disk outage. Should more than one disk fail, then any Slicestor availability error will cause the system to be unavailable.
Note: In some circumstances, Slicestor devices in a Concentrated Dispersal storage pool can appear
"red" because of disk errors, but the storage pool health will appear "green" since the health of
all vaults on that pool are all "green."
