Throttling data throughput

The relocation of all of the data on an IBM Cloud Object Storage Slicestor® device could impact I/O operations with this storage pool, within this system, or into the site where the Slicestor® devices reside.

To mitigate that impact, the data evacuation throughput rate can be limited via the System Manager. The throughput rate can be set during the initial replacement options or can be configured later from the Configure page.
