System upgrades

Destination Slicestor® devices are considered down for purposes of upgrading a System Manager.

If an upgrade of another Slicestor device would impact the health of Vaults negatively by dropping the total number of available Slicestor® devices below the threshold, the upgrade pauses until the evacuations complete.
