Read conditions for unsynchronized objects

Object writes succeed if at a successful write occurs on at least one vault in the mirror, so a read from a component vault may not reflect the state of the write on the other vault in the mirror. If a network partition exists between the Accesser® Node servicing the client request and the retention vault site of the mirror, then requests reading from that vault will fail.
