Remove Device from File Server Pool

A Native File Accesser device can be removed from this File Server Pool.

Attention: It is imperative that the nodetool decommission command is run and is completed on the device that is being removed. Removing a device alters the distribution of metadata and is a permanent action. Proper redistribution can be ensured through running nodetool decommission. Contact Customer Support to assist with this action.

Note: A removed File Accesser device must be reimaged before it can be used again in a File Server pool.

Select the File Accesser Device to be removed from this pool. As a precaution, the Manager Password must be entered for confirmation. Press Add Device or Cancel to exit.
