Abort Incomplete Multipart Upload

AbortIncompleteMultipartUpload lifecycle action expires incomplete multipart uploads based on the days that are specified in the policy. This is determined by the initiation timestamp of the multipart upload transaction. This lifecycle is the only one that deletes incomplete MPU transactions, so it does not apply once the MPU is completed (even if it was scanned already for reclamation).
