Retrieve a bucket lifecycle configuration
A GET operation uses the lifecycle query parameter to retrieve lifecycle
settings for the bucket.
Syntax
GET https://{endpoint}/{bucket-name}?lifecycle # path style
GET https://{bucket-name}.{endpoint}?lifecycle # virtual host style
