Accessing Planning Analytics

If your administrator configured it, you can access your IBM® Planning Analytics environment from IBM Controller Web.

Procedure

To access Planning Analytics on Controller Web, on the landing page, click the Switcher icon

and click the Planning Analytics icon

Tip: If the icon is not enabled, then the link to Planning Analytics is not configured. For more information about how to configure the link, see Linking to Planning Analytics.

Planning Analytics opens in separate browser window.

If the Planning Analytics browser window gets stuck on Authenticating, close the browser window and click the Planning Analytics icon
