Define General Configuration - the Server Preferences Tab

The server preference values can affect the functionality of IBM® Controller and system performance. Before changing these values, contact IBM or your IBM implementation partner.

About this task

Some server preferences are not supported in IBM Controller Web.

Server preferences are not exported when you export general configuration settings from the Export Structures menu.

Procedure

  1. On the Maintain menu, select Configuration/General. The General Configuration window opens. Select the Server Preferences tab.
  2. In the Variable Name column, enter the parameter and in the Variable Value column, enter the parameter value. See below for information about available parameters.
  3. Click Save.
