Adding the associated user to TM1 Server

In order for Controller/Financial Analytic Publisher to authenticate with Planning Analytics as a Service, a user must generate an API key from the associated IBM® Planning Analytics environment.

About this task

The API keys in Planning Analytics as a Service are associated with a single user and have the same permissions that user has. In order for FAP to write Controller data into a TM1 database, the user must have admin permissions on the selected TM1 database.
