Workflow for Installing and Configuring Controller

You can use this workflow for installing and configuring IBM® Controller.

Procedure

  1. Prepare for implementation.

    This task is typically carried out by a team that is assembled and led by information technology personnel.

  2. Installation of IBM Cognos Analytics is needed if you want to use the Cognos Access Management authentication.
  3. Install and configure IBM Controller components.

    The technical personnel install and configure IBM Controller, typically under the direction of the solutions architect.

  4. Test IBM Controller installation and configuration.
  5. Administer IBM Controller.

    Administrators establish and maintain security, and perform ongoing administration tasks.
