Viewing Controller Web import logs
At any time during the import process, you can view import logs.

You can also view log files for imports that were done in IBM Controller Classic. For more information, see Viewing IBM Controller Classic import log files.
Procedure

Click the Home menu
> Status and Logs and then click View import
logs. You can distinguish between the multi-period and single-period uploads from the grid view in the UI using the period column.The list of Controller Web import logs is displayed. - To export the log file for a job in PDF format, click the download icon
for a row. The file is exported to PDF format. You can choose to save the file or open it.
Results
The import log contains information such as the import date, file name, user name, rows read, rows discarded, import specification used in the import, the details of the import specification, and the number of Controller entries created. If Looping by period was enabled during import then the amount field will display start and end index, values of period and actuality chosen during run time, and number of Controller entries created for each period.
If the import was performed with the option to perform reconciliation between total assets and total liabilities, the results of reconciliation are displayed for companies imported. The log file shows the amounts to reconcile and the accounts used to store the difference. The reconciliation is performed in local currency, by total dimensions.
