Create Automatic Journals Manually
Select the Maintain/Special
Utilities/Automatic Journals/Data
Entry - Automatic Journals menu.
Note: This function should only be accessible to and used by the system administrator
under special circumstances.
You can use this function to manually create automatic journals. Though it is not recommended,
this can be used for the first consolidation with IBM Controller if the automatic journal created by
IBM Controller differs from what was calculated by the previous consolidation system. However, even
in this case we recommend booking a company or group journal to maintain uniformity.
Note: After the
data entry, If you run the consolidation for this specific period and actuality, the values will be
deleted.
