Submissions
The submission status window displays a list of the submissions in a project.
To filter the list by company or company and group, select the required option in the Companies/groups filter section. To create a new filter, click Create view filter. For more information about how to create a view filter, see Creating a view filter.
The Submission Overview list shows the reporting status and lock status for each company. You can filter the Submission Overview list by reporting status. The Submission Details list shows the status of each of the forms in the companies in the submission. The statuses in both lists are updated periodically. You don't have to refresh the window. You can filter the Submission Details list by form status.

- Set company to ready
- This function is not available for companies with the Reporting Status Missing and
Processing. For more information, see Managing the form status. Tip: To set the status for multiple companies at once, see Multiselect for company actions.
- Lock/Unlock company
- Toggle between locking and unlocking the company. The lock status of the company is displayed in
the Lock Status column in the Submission Overview
list. Tip: To lock or unlock multiple companies at once, see Multiselect for company actions.
- Copy of Opening Balances
- You can now copy the Opening Balances for the reported values including multi selection of companies from Controller Web.
Notifications are displayed in the submission status window. For more information about notifications, see Notifications.
Click Project summary to see a graphical view of the submissions in the project.
Click the notification icon to see the status of your consolidations from the last three days. In the pane that opens, click View all consolidations to see all consolidation jobs. For more information about consolidation jobs, see Viewing all consolidation jobs.
