Accessing the Group Command Center

In IBM® Controller, you can access the Group Command Center from the Group menu. Use the Group Command Center to monitor and update the status of groups and tasks. You can also perform relevant actions that are related to the reporting process, such as data entry and reconciliation. You can also see responsible users and send email notifications.

Procedure

  1. Click Group > Command Center.
  2. Specify the following options:
    • Actuality
    • Period
    • Submission (one or more)
    • Consolidation Type
    • Group (one or more)
    • Whether to Expand Subgroups
  3. Click Show.

Results

The Group Command Center is shown. A pie chart shows the company statuses by submission. When you hover over a section of a graph, a tooltip shows the number of companies with a particular status. The following table shows the different statuses.

Icon Meaning
Missing status icon
 The status of the company is missing.
Processing status icon
 The status of the company is processing.
Reconciled status icon
 The status of the company is reconciled.
Ready status icon
 The status of the company is ready.
The following table shows how you can change the layout of the pie chart.

Icon Meaning
Toggle between flat and 3d icon
 Click the Show the charts flat or in 3D (three dimensional) mode. icon to toggle between the three dimensional and the flat view of the pie chart.
Percentages icon
 Click the Show percentage or absolute numbers in chart. icon to toggle between percentages and absolute numbers.
Borders icon
 Click the Show/hide slice and add chart borders. icon to show or hide the pie chart borders.
