Phases in Consolidation with Status

The table shows the phases in consolidation with status:

Phase Description
1 Uses the consolidation structure for the correct period.
2 Checks if you have entered values for each sub-unit and subsidiary included in the consolidation process.
3 Checks whether the company reconciliation between accounts and of opening balances has been completed with or without differences.

The status register can be updated depending on settings in the General Configuration and/or if the reconciliation option Debit/Credit is enabled/disabled.

4 Currency translation will only occur if the reporting status has been changed.
5 Calculates allocations, provided that this step is selected in Group > Consolidation with Status.
6 Calculates the intercompany balances and books automatic eliminations for all companies and sub-units in the group respectively legal units.
7 Calculates internal profit and books automatic eliminations for all companies and sub-units in the group respectively legal units.
8 Calculates acquisition for the period and books eliminations for all companies in the group and consolidates the group level by level.
9 Calculates contribution to top level, provided this step is selected in Group > Consolidation with Status.
10 Calculates advanced formula calculations, provided this step is selected in Group > Consolidation with Status.
11 Checks if group reconciliation between accounts and of opening balances has been completed with or without differences.
