Filtering the account list in a standard form

Filtering the list of accounts in a standard form helps you find a particular account more quickly. You can filter by accounts that have optional or mandatory comments and by account type.

About this task

This task applies for standard forms only.

Procedure

  1. Open a form and click the filter icon filter icon above one of the period/actuality columns.
  2. Select one of the first six check boxes.
    Tip: The first six check boxes are related to the accounts and apply to the grid. The last three check boxes apply to each column.
    For example, if you select the Investment Account check box, then only investment accounts are displayed.
