# Prepare to Work with Report Formulas

When you work with Report Formulas you have to perform
the following steps:

## Procedure

- Create Calculation Accounts in Maintain/Account Structure/Define.
- Create a Calculation Report in Reports/Create.
- Calculate Report Formulas in Group/Calculate Report Formulas.
- Create and run a report, in Reports/Create, in which you want to calculate certain key ratios between Calculation Accounts and then show the result of the calculations.
