Managing the status of companies and groups

You can manage the status of companies and groups from the IBM® Cognos Controller Command Center.

Before you begin

You need to either open the Group Command Center or the Company Command center. For more information, see Accessing the Company Command Center or Accessing the Group Command Center.

Depending on the current status of a company or group, you can perform different actions. The following table shows what possibilities are available.

Table 1. Company or group status and actions you can perform
Status of company or group	Actions that can be performed
Missing	No action is available. You must update the forms of the companies first.
Processing	Reconcile the group or company.
Reconciled	Reconcile the group or company. Set the status of the company to ready.
Ready	Reconcile the group or company. The status will not be updated.

Select one or more companies or groups.
Right-click and select one of the available actions:
- Reconcile Group/Company.
