Expanded capabilities in Controller Web
A new navigation bar and submission status window improves the usability of Controller Web.
The following new features are available:
- Easier navigation through the submission process
- Refreshes company status periodically
- Ability to run consolidations (previously only available in the Cognos Controller Classic)
- Notifications are displayed through out the submission process
From the navigation bar you can access a list of open projects 
, verify the consolidation status and see import logs 
, and update settings such as view
filters 
.
After you select a project from the landing page, the submission status window displays the reporting status and lock status for each submission and company in the project. For each submission, you can run a consolidation, lock and unlock a company, go to the company workflow, go to data import, and do other tasks.
