Backing up Configuration Data

You must back up your existing configuration data at the target IBM® Sterling Control Center Monitor instance before you import configuration data from another IBM Sterling Control Center Monitor instance. Backing up your configuration data ensures that you have the data in case you need to revert to previous settings.

About this task

To back up the existing configuration data at the target IBM Sterling Control Center Monitor instance:

Procedure

  1. If your event processor on the target instance is running, stop the event processor.
