Upgrading and migrating

You can upgrade from an existing version of IBM® Sterling Control Center Monitor to a new version. When you upgrade, you can migrate events and data to the new version.

Rolling upgrade considerations for versions after IBM Control Center Monitor V6.1
Starting with IBM Control Center Monitor V6.1 you can perform rolling upgrades to receive newer versions of IBM Control Center Monitor. You must already be at V6.1 and highly available to perform rolling upgrades.

Before you upgrade your instance of IBM Control Center Monitor to V6.3.1, there are some items that you need to consider. These considerations are to alert you about information or tasks to complete before you upgrade.
