How can a producer know when a file was not delivered on time?

To notify a producer when a file was not delivered on time, configure a workflow SLC that uses a calendar schedule.

1. Set up a workflow SLC that uses a calendar schedule to define a typical time range with a normal end range start (NERs) and normal end range end (NERe).
2. In addition to the workflow schedule and other required information, enter the following parameters for the Workflow SLCs milestone. Substituting appropriate values for the keys, Server, SI.Mailbox Path, and Dest File Name, that meet your needs.

3. To define the milestone schedule, specify the maximum amount of time for the system to wait before a milestone SLC event is generated.
