Email list field descriptions

The following table describes the fields that define an email list.

Field Name Description
Description Text describing the action. Optional.
Name The name of the email list.
Roles that can edit this email list Restricted roles with rights to modify this email list. If no roles are selected, only an unrestricted user (admin) can modify this email list.
Allowed to use this email list When selected, this option makes the email list public and available for selection by all users. Once a public email list is referenced by any other object, you cannot make it private by restricting visibility to specific roles/users.
Only users that can edit this email list When restricted roles are selected, this option allows only restricted users in the selected roles to view/select/edit the email list.
Email addresses The list of email addresses. Email lists can be used to notify addressees when an action is triggered.
