How can I restrict the use and update of a calendar to limited users?
You can restrict the use and update of a calendar to limited users on the Permissions tab of the Calendar Properties page.
Select the roles that you want to restrict, select This
Calendar is visible to restricted users in these Selected Restricted
Roles, and update the calendar.
- Select This Calendar is visible to restricted users in these Selected Restricted Roles on the Permissions tab of the Calendar Properties window.
- Specify the roles of the users you want to be able to use.
- Update the calendar in the Selected Restricted Roles.
