Adding an SNMP host

Add an SNMP Hosts settings to specify the host computers where SNMP traps are sent from IBM® Sterling Control Center Monitor.

To add an SNMP host:
  1. From IBM Control Center Monitor Web Console , click Menu Button (Menu button, which contain system settings, placed at the extreme right hand side of the screen) > System Settings
  2. Select the SNMP Hosts from the left hand-side navigation panel.
  3. Click Add Host to display the Add Host page.
  4. Type the following information:
    • Host Name
    • Port
    • Community (optional)
  5. Click Add to save the entry.
  6. Click Add to add another SNMP host.
