How can I allow all users to view a calendar but only one user to update the calendar?
You can allow all users to view a calendar and restrict updates to one user with the Calendar Properties Permissions tab.
- Select This Calendar is visible to all users on the Permissions tab of the calendar.
- Specify the role of the user you want to be able to update
the calendar in the Selected Restricted Roles. Restriction: Do not assign the role to any other user.
- Update the Calendar Properties.
