Suspending a queued Sterling Connect:Direct process

Suspending a process prevents it from being processed when it reaches the first position in the queue. Releasing it later ends the suspension.

To suspend a Sterling Connect:Direct® process:
  1. In the IBM® Sterling Control Center Monitor web console, go to Monitor > Queued processes.
  2. Click the Process ID of a Sterling Connect:Direct process.
    Tip: Expand the Queued processes caret, deselect Select all, and select Sterling Connect:Direct to view only queued Sterling Connect:Direct processes.
  3. In the Process tab of the Process details window, click Suspend.

    You might not be able to suspend processes that run quickly because the process might complete before the suspend request can be processed.
