Adding the share capability to the internal desktop

To enable external sharing for an existing internal desktop, you must add the Share capability to the desktop.

Procedure

Complete the following steps to add the Share capability to an internal desktop:

  1. From the Administration desktop, click Desktops.
  2. Double-click the desktop where you want to add the Share capability, and then click Layouts.
  3. Under Desktop Features, check the box for the Share feature.
    You cannot add the Share feature to a desktop unless the desktop includes a repository that is configured for Share.
