Installing the DocuSign plug-in

About this task

Procedure

  1. Log in to IBM® Content Navigator and open the Administrator desktop.
  2. Go to Plug-ins.
  3. Click New plug-in. Enter the DocuSignPlugin.jar file path in the JAR file path and click Load. The DocuSignPlugin.jar is in <ICN_INSTALL_HOME>\plugins.
  4. Enter the Integration Key, User ID, Account ID, and RSA Private Key File Location.
  5. Click Save.
    Note:
    If you are using a developer account, you need to add this parameter to the JVM parameters. 
    -Ddocusign.ifProduction=false

    In a container environment, the private key path must exist in both the navigator pod and the task manager pod. For example, /opt/ibm/wlp/usr/servers/defaultServer/configDropins/overrides/
