Move window to the front when switching windows

About this task

When you have two viewer windows open and you are viewing a document, you can select the option to switch the window. In a Firefox browser, the window that you switch to does not come to the front. If you want the window to come to the front, you must change a setting in the Firefox browser.

To ensure that the window that you switch to comes to the front, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. In the Firefox browser, enter about:config, and then press Enter.
  2. Accept all of the prompts.
  3. Find dom.disable_window_flip and double-click it to change its value to false.
