If IBM® Content
Navigator is
suddenly not behaving the same as other web clients, you can clean
up the client.
Symptoms
Your connection might be much slower than someone else
in your office, even when you are connecting to the same server or
repository.
Resolving the problem
To resolve performance issues in IBM Content
Navigator:
- Close all browser windows. Open a new browser window and clear
the browser cache.
- From the Java™ console, clear
the JRE temporary internet files.
- If there are problems with the send mail feature, delete the following
temporary file: WCEmailAppletJNI.dll.
