Starting the system administration client on Linux® and AIX®

About this task

To start the system administration client, complete the following steps:

Log on to the computer. If you use single sign-on, you must use a user ID that has administrative authority for the database.
If you access the system administration client from a remote server, export the display. If necessary, change the xhost settings.
Open a command prompt, and then go to the IBMCMROOT/admin/common directory.
Enter the following command:
```
./cmadmin.sh
```
The system administration client starts.
