Setting up the Java environment
To set up the Java™ environment, you must import the following package, and set up the Java environment variables.
You must import this package:
- server package
- Import when a content server and application are on the server
side.
- com.ibm.mm.sdk.common
- com.ibm.mm.sdk.server
Note: The Content Manager API requires
ojdbc8.jar to connect to Oracle servers. If
ojdbc8.jar is not installed with your version of Oracle,
you can download it from the Oracle website. Make sure that the ORACLE_HOME
environment variable points to the directory which ojdbc8.jar
is in.
