Deleting obsolete tracker work items

Tracker work items remain in the system until they are manually deleted by a tracker assigned to the workflow. Tracker work items can build up in the system. You can use Process Administrator to delete obsolete tracker work items.

About this task

To delete obsolete tracker work items:

1. Set up a search with the following criteria.

   Criteria	Value
   Look for	Work items
   In	User Queue
   Select one	Tracker(0)
   Search mode	Edit
   Criteria	F_Overdue = 3
   Optional criteria	Select one or more specific users

2. Click Find Now to perform the search.
3. Select the rows in the results table that you want to delete.
4. From the Tasks menu, click Delete Work.

Results

You can also use the vwlog utility to delete obsolete tracker records.
