Status Details window

About this task

Use the Status Details window to examine an individual history or step status item. The window displays the same information as the history or step status item, but the Comments field is expanded to display all comments.

Restriction: If the selected work item has been completed (and so is no longer active), the Comments area displays a maximum of 80 characters. This limitation exists because the Comments area is populated from the event log F_Comment field, which cannot exceed 80 characters in length.

Procedure

To access the Status Details window:

  1. Right-click an item in the workflow history pane or in the Step Status list on the General tab in the step properties.
  2. Select Status Details from the context menu.
  3. In the Status Detail window, you can select another item to display by clicking the new item.
  4. Click Close to close the Status Detail window.
