Managing external users
Before you can share content with external users, you must configure a method for granting users access to the content and managing the external users.

You can use one of the following methods to manage your users for external content sharing:
- Using a separate LDAP realm for external users
- Using an external IDP and managing users in the administration console
The configuration and management differ depending on the method that you want to use.
