View Process Tracker in the dashboard

Examine the dashboard object Work Item with idle time exceeds threshold to see how the Process Tracker URL is defined in this object.

Procedure

  1. Log on to IBM® Cognos® Real-time Monitoring Dashboard.
  2. On the Navigation Tree, select Dashboard Objects.
  3. Expand the Dashboard Objects > IBM Content Cortex Case Monitor > Examples > Threshold Monitoring folder and select Work Item with idle time exceeds threshold.
  4. Click Activities, select Edit, and click Edit Data.

    Notice that Open Process Tracker is selected for table values.
