Configuring the time and date

The Case Analyzer components must be configured for the same time zone and time of day.

About this task

Ensure that the following components are in the same time zone and synchronized to the same time:

Content Platform Engine server
Content Platform Engine database server
Case Analyzer database server for the Case Analyzer store
Case Analyzer Analysis Server for the OLAP database, if separate from the Content Platform Engine and Case Analyzer database
