Administrative tools
Various administrative tools are available to you as a workflow administrator.
The following components must be installed by using the Content Platform Engine Tools package,
which you can download from Passport Advantage:
- Process Task Manager
- Process Configuration Console
- Process Administrator
The instructions for installing are included in the package.
The following components can be installed with the Content Platform Engine server or with the
Content Platform Engine Tools package, which you can download from Passport Advantage:

- vwtool

| Administration Console for Content Platform Engine | Create and configure workflow system structures such as isolated regions,
connection points, workflow queues, and rosters. Configure event logging and set performance parameters. Manage work in progress, which includes tracking the status of and potentially modifying running workflows. |
| Process Administrator | Manage work in progress, which includes tracking the status of and potentially modifying running workflows. |
| Process Configuration Console | Create and modify workflow queues and rosters, configure event logging, and set performance parameters. |
| Process Task Manager | Configure the Case Analyzer component. |
| database views | Create database views for all local queues, rosters, and event logs. When you create database views, you can run queries that are outside of the scope of this system when you use standard database query tools. |
| pelog | Prune event log data and tracker work items from the workflow system. |
| vwmsg | View or delete unclaimed web services messages. |
| vwtool | Analyze and modify various components of the workflow system. |
