Adding a custom web application for the workflow system

You can add a custom web application and specify the server base URL for web applications for the workflow system.

To add a custom web application:

1. Select the workflow system you want to modify and click Properties on the toolbar.
2. Select the Web Applications tab.
3. Click Add and enter an ID number in the Web Application field.

   The ID for a custom web application must be a number 100 - 999, inclusive.

4. Enter the Server Base URL for your web application in the following format:

    <protocol>://<web_server>:<port>/<virtual_directory>

   For example:

   Web application	Server Base URL
   IBM® Records Manager	http://my-server/RecordsManager
   100 (Custom)	https://my-server:8080/MyApp

   Important: Include the port number as appropriate for your web server.
5. Click OK.
