Submap step - rules

When business rules are used in a workflow, you can assign appropriate rule sets to a submap step.

To specify rules for a submap step

1. Select the appropriate submap step, and then select the Rules tab in the Properties pane.
2. On the Rules tab, specify when the rule will execute at runtime.
   • Before Execution: The specified rule set executes before the step is enqueued.
   • After Completion: The specified rule set executes after the step is completed.
3. In the Rule Sets section, select one or more rule sets for this step. Specify the order of execution by using the arrows to reorder the list.
