Submap step - custom attributes

About this task

You can specify custom values as attributes of a specific step. The value exists only while the step is active; they cannot be used by another step in the workflow.

To assign an attribute for the selected step:

Procedure

  1. On the Custom Attributes tab, enter a name for the attribute.

    NOTE The following items are currently reserved for FileNet® use in specifying custom step icons.

    • UI_IconName - the name of a family of step icons.
    • UI_Start_IconName - the name of a custom icon for the first step in a submap
    • UI_StepPropertiesPanelClass - the full package name for a custom step properties panel.
  2. Specify the data type of the attribute.
  3. Enter an attribute value. The value must be a literal—expressions are not supported.
